- This amendment is to add an additional CLIN for the rental of a 19 foot electric Scissor lift for a period of one year to include bi-monthly maintenance with a option of one (1) year This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6 and as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is HSFEMS-08-Q-0009 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 05-18. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) number is 532490. The SBA size standard in millions of dollars is $6.0. This is 100% set-aside for Small Business firms located in the Presidential Declared Disaster Area for Hurricane Katrina. The FEMA Biloxi TRO intends to rent five forklifts as described below.
