- Document Type: Presolicitation Notice Solicitation No.: VA-256-08-RP-0126 Classification Code: X - Lease or Rental of Facilities Set-Aside: N/A NAICS Code: 531120 The Central Arkansas Veterans Healthcare System (CAVHS), Little Rock, AR seeks to lease approximately 22,000 - 24,000 BOMA usable square feet of contiguous office space in New Orleans, Louisiana on behalf of the Southeast Louisiana Veterans Health Care System (SLVHCS). A lease term of up to ten (10) years will be considered. Space must be located within the following boundaries: Poydras Street, Perdido Street, Claiborne Avenue, and LaSalle Street. Buildings offered for consideration must be of sound and substantial construction of the type generally recognized as contemporary with the ability to demonstrate meeting all current Federal, GSA, VA, State, and Local codes and regulations including, but not limited to fire and life safety, accessibility, and OSHA.
