Description: The VA Western New York Healthcare System has a requirement for the maintenance, inspection, and testing of Electrical Power Distribution System at the Buffalo Medical Center. The VA intends to issue this requirement as a sole source procurement to Ferguson Electric. Due to the nature and complexity of the facility's Electrical Power Distribution System, the VA has determined that Ferguson Electric's extensive experience with the entire system, including many different manufacturers and oboselte components, makes them the only firm who can reasonably perform all of the requirements of the facility.
