REQUEST FOR QUOTE (RFQ) IS ISSUED - ONLY WRITTEN OR FAXED REQUESTS WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR THE SOLICITATION PACKAGE, NO EXCEPTIONS - FAX NO. 602/ 379-6763, Attention - Paul Robinson, Contract Specialist. BIA IS NOT CONNECTED TO THE WEB per Federal Court Order - NO ELECTRONIC COPY BY E-MAIL IS AVAILABLE. REQUIREMENT: Identification and waste profiling; evaluate most cost effective and safe method for removal and disposal report; removal, cleanup and disposal of hazardous waste to a licensed detonation disposal facility. Project site is on the Shoshone Paiute Indian Tribe of Duck Valley Reservation, Owyhee, Elko County, Nevada. GROUP SITE VISIT IS SCHEDULED FOR 02-21-2008, all vendors wishing to participate are required to call Mr. Pat Jim, Duck Valley TERO-Tribal Safety Officer-Tribal Emergency Officer at Phone No. 775/ 757-2921, ext. 28. ISSUE DATE for the RFQ is O/A 02-04-2008. CLOSING DATE FOR RECEIPT OF QUOTES IS 02-28-2008, Thursday, 4:30 PM Local Phx. AZ. Time. Government Estimated Price is less than $50,000.00.
