- The work includes labor, material, equipment, transportation and supervision required to provide commercial boiler maintenance services at the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard, Kittery, Maine. The contract will include a base year with option for an additional one year. The NAICS code for this procurement is 811310 with a size standard of $6,500,000. This solicitation will be issued as a 100% small business set-aside. Contract price range between $25,000.00 - $100,000.00. Technical proposals are required. In accordance with FAR 5.102(d), all solicitation documents will be limited to electronic medium using Adobe Acrobat (pdf) file format. All contractors are required to register in the Department of Defense (DOD) Central Registration (CCR) Database. Failure to register in the CCR makes an offeror ineligible for award of DOD contracts. Contract may be placed on EMALL and contractors will be required to accept Government Purchase cards.
