- RD07296002/ BSM IQC08014009025. This is an Indefinite Quantity Contract long term contract for one NSN: 1670-00-499-0510, Packet, Parachute Riser, manufactured IAW with SA-ALC drawing 745596, Revision ?L? supplemented by 311th HSW/YAPSL ECO, P/N 7545596-10. This LTC will be solicited as 100% Small Business Set Aside. Configuration Control Applies. Surge Requirements Do Apply. Option to extend terms of contract is 48 months, duration of contract period 5 years with an estimated annual demand quantity of 1731 each per base year and 1731 each for the option years. The guaranteed minimum is 433 each for the base year and the maximum quantity is 3463 each for the base and option years. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are available and can be furnished by the Government. ORIGIN Inspection is required. This is a Life Support Equipment item. Required delivery is 365 days ARO or best offer. First Article Testing by Government Required 165 days ARO, and Government Testing and Evaluation 45 days after receipt of First Article, Production Lead Time is160 days ARO or sooner. FOB: DESTINATION and stock locations to be cited on each delivery order: Inspection and Acceptance at ORIGIN is required. 100% Small Business Set Aside, Automated Best Value System (ABVS): Other than full and open competition, more than one source. Notes 1 and 26 apply. Any manufacturer other than the approved source wishing to submit a proposal must submit a complete source approval package. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
