Description

Project Number: 528A7-07-761ES; Renovate Rome Elevators Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, engineering, tools and equipment required to furnish specified alterations and new components on hydraulic elevators in the Donald J Mitchell Outpatient Clinic, Building 510, 125 Brookley Road,Rome, NY. The elevators, P-1 and P-2 (duplex elevators), are hydraulic elevators with 3 stops, rated load 4000 lbs., speed 100 fpm, and approximately 22 ft. of travel. Alterations include, but are not limited to, replacement of hydraulic motor, pump, control valves, controller, doors, tracks, rollers, hangers, interlocks, switches, wiring, operating panels, and other items indicated in the contract documents. The North American Industry Classification System is 238290 with a business size of $13.0 Million. This is a Total Service Disabled Veteran Owned Business set-aside procurement. Procurement will be conducted in accordance with Public Law 109-461. Estimated Construction cost is $100,000-$250,000. RFP is anticipated to be available on or about February 12, 2008.
