- The proposed procurement is 100% set aside for small business with a NAICS code of 561720 with a small business size standard of an average annual receipts of the preceding three fiscal years of not to exceed $15 million, including worldwide affiliat es. Janitorial services, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Wyoming Valley Project Office, Wilkes-Barre, PA. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. The solicitation will be provided in an electronic for mat, free of charge, to all authenticated account holders of Federal Technical Data Solution System (FedTeDS)a one-time registration process for vendors/contractorsAccounts may only be attained by CCR-registered contractors/vendor, go to www.fedteds.gov for additional information.
