- NSN 5995-01-521-4244, Cable Assembly, Radi. P/N Item DCX/CHOL Cage 27456vP/N 987-5016-001 and Rockwell Collins P/N 987-5016-001. This buy is a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) buy with 100% quantity option. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. The end application for this item is TEMPORARY WSDC FOR MRAP TO LINK NIINS. This buy is UNRESTRICTED and DIBBS quotes are not acceptable. Contractors are expected to complete the entire solicitation package for review. Contractor First Article Testing (FAT) required. FAT Sample Quantity is 2 and delivery in 60 days. Quantity variance is plus/minus 0%. A higher contract quality requirement needed. FOB is Destination. Inspection and Acceptance is Origin. Delivery is 210 days ARO. Contract will be awarded by DSCR. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Solicitation issue date is 15 days from the posting of this notice or February 20, 2008.
