- The USDA, Agricultural Research Service, Fort Keogh Livestock & Range Research Laboratory, Miles City, Montana, requires repair of three Government-owned 30 year old Cascade Irrigation Pumps. This acquisition is being conducted on a Commercial Items Best Value basis to be determined per the following evaluation criteria: Experience/Availability/Past Performance/Price. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for small business (NAICS 811411) with less than $6 million average annual receipts for the last three years to qualify.
