Description: The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), Office of Acquisition Management intends to enter into a twelve month cost reimbursement contract with Health and Human Services Group (HHSG) to provide Employee Assistance Program (EAP) services to DEA employees and their families. The DEA intends to solicit and negotiate only with HHSG on a sole-source basis under authority 41 U.S.C. 253 (c) (1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1.
