Description: INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE: Letterkenny Army Depot (LEAD) has a requirement to procure breakaway camouflage systems, P/N GMV-E-001. This material is part of the GMV workload being performed at LEAD. This will be a firm fixed price contrat using Ar my Working Capital Funds (AWCF). The statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition is 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1) as cited in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-2(a)(1), Only one responsible source and no other supplies or service s will satisfy agency requirements. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals, which will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination not to compete this action based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. This requirement will be negotiated on a sole-source basis with Saab Barracuda LLC, 608 E McNeill St, L illington, NC 27546-9189. The Contractor must be registered with the Central Contractors Registration database. Number Note 22.
