Description

This amendment is to cancel solicitation W52H09-08-R-0139 and issue a new one for the same item as W52H09-08-T-0212. Also remove numbered note 26. WHEEL SEAL (NSN: 5330-01-465-4538) USED ON M119A1 105MM HOW. MATL : TUREL BAE MATERIAL I S EQUIVALENT TO MIL-P-83461, NITRILE. TEMPERATURE RANGE: -50 DEGREE F TO 250 DEGREE F. Guarantee Min is 2000/ea. FOB is DESTINATION. For use on the Howitzer. Estimated Issue date 15 Feb 2008. The proposed contract is for a 5 year Indefinit e Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ). Contract Max of 15,000/ea. Proposed Contact is Full and Open competition. Numbered note 9 applies. This solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.502 and 5.102, therefore, hardcopies wil l not be provided.
