Description

The United States CECOM Life Cycle Management Command intends to award a five (5) year, plus one (1) option year, Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract for the procurement of AN/ARC-220 High Frequency (HF ) Radios and associated spare parts. There are three HF Radios to be procured, with each radio having associated spare parts. The first radio is C-12436/URC P/N 822-0786-001 NSN: 5821-01-413-4234 with spare parts: Indicator Panel A1 P/N 754-2023-001 NSN: 5895-01-445-6161; Front Panel Ass. A2 P/N 986-4011-003 NSN: 5895-01-445-0958; Processor CCA A3 P/N 676-2751-003 NSN: 5998-01-445-0957; EMI CCA A4 P/N 676-2752-002 NSN: 5998-01-445-3481. The second radio is RT-1749/URC P/N 822-0788-001 NSN:5821-01-413-423 6 with spare parts: RT Chassis A1 P/N 752-9610-001 NSN: 5975-01-444-7942; Power Supply A3 P/N 752-9621-002 NSN: 5998-01-442-2939; ECCM/LP CCA A4 P/N 752-6424-002 NSN: 5998-01-445-0960; Interface CCA A6 P/N 752-6700-001 NSN: 5998-01-444-7512; Rec. Exciter/D SP A7 P/N 752-9623-002 NSN: 5998-01-442-2940; RT CCA A7A1 P/N 944-1006-002 NSN: 5998-01-464-4860; RT CCA A7A2 P/N 752-6371-002 NSN: 5998-01-464-4859. The third radio is AM-7531/URC P/N 822-0787-001 NSN: 5996-01-415-8673 with spare parts: Power Amplifier A 1 P/N 751-8937-001 NSN: 5998-01-442-0831; Antenna Coupler A2 P/N 751-8938-001 NSN: 5998-01-442-2937; Elec. Component P/N 751-8939-001 NSN: 5998-01-444-7885. This acquisition is anticipated to be for the above mentioned supplies for which the Government in tends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source, and proposes to make an award to Rockwell Collins, Cedar Rapids, Iowa. The solicitation shall be issued on or about 21 February 2008. Th e U.S. Army C-E LCMC has established the IBOP website as part of the Armys Single Face to Industry, to allow electronic posting of Solicitations for Request for Proposals (RFP), Request for Quotations (RFQ) and Invitations for Bids (IFB) from the C-E LCMC to Industry. All parties who are interested in doing business with C-E LCMC are invited to access, operate, send, and receive information from the IBOP at https://abop.monmouth.army.mil.
