- Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division, Philadelphia, PA proposes to procure two (2) 350 HP Variable Speed Drive Systems in accordance with Military Performance Specification MIL-PRF-32168. This procurement is Unrestricted, and will solicited using the authority of the Test Program for Commercial Items set forth in FAR SubPart 13.5.
