- Continuous Maintenance Availability(CMAV) to include hull, machinery, electrical, electronics, piping and shipalts onboard USS SIMPSON (FFG-56. Offers are restricted to holders of Master Ship Repair Agreements (MSRA). Solicitation is being extended to offerors in the Jacksonville, Florida area.
