- Contractor to provide all labor, material, equipment and transportation and ventilation equipment to remove, clean, and install insulation and lagging per specifications provided. Areas of performance will be Puget Sound Naval Shipyard, Bremerton, WA; Submarine Base Bangor, WA; Port of Seattle, WA; Port of Bremerton, WA. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price, indefinite delivery indefinite quantity type contract with a guaranteed minimum. The period of performance is base year of performance plus two one-year option periods. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The RFP is currently not available. Once available the RFQ will be posted on the NECO website for offerors to download at www.neco.navy.mil. The RFQ is anticipated to be posted approximately 24 October 2007 and will remain open until 7 November 2007. All offeror(s) are responsible for downloading the RFQ and are required to monitor the NECO website for all applicable amendments. This office will not maintain any bidders mailing list, nor will we provide any mailed copies of the RFQ and/or amendments. No telephone or fax copies of the requests for RFQ will be accepted. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (12-OCT-2007).
