- Firm Fixed Price contract anticipated: 10,280 ea NSN 5930-01-183-6637: Switch, Theromstatic. This is an unrestricted solicitation. First article contractor testing is required IAW Note 1 (Initial Production Approval) and Note 2 (Production Quality Control) OF U.S.Army Quality Assurance Provision 12338596. Critical Application Item I/A/W QAP 19207 12338596 Amend NR B DTD 07/19/91 and I/A/W Drawing NR 19207 12338596 Amend NR E DTD 08/17/04 See numbered note 26. The solicitation will include a 100% quantity option. Copies of the solicitation will be available on the DSCC website after 16 October 2007. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (01-OCT-2007).
