- NSN 6220-00-984-5181, Headlight. In accordance with 19207 US Army Tank Automotive Command Part Number 11589477-1. Origin inspection required. FOB Destination. Delivery is 113 days ARO. This NSN is not a critical application item and is not commercial. Solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a base year plus 4 option years. Procurement was solicited as a 100% small business set-aside requirement utilizing Full and Open Competition. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD), which is 7,786 each. The Guaranteed Minimum quantity is 1,947 each. These quantities will be the same for the base year and all four option years. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Solicitation issue date is 20 February 2008. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.
