Description

Provide all labor, materials, equipment and transportation to perform repairs on the USCGC Kiska Pier, Hilo, Island of Hawaii. The work shall include replacing a pier beam, rerouting an electrical conduit, installing shear plates, replacing a support post, installing a bearing plate, removing lead based paint, painting the pier, and installing floating fenders. The contract is anticipated to be completed within 150 calendar days from the date that the Notice To Proceed is issued. The proposed procurement will be a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The NAICS code is 237990, and the size standard is $31 Million. A price proposal and technical proposal is required. Award will be based on Low Price/Technically Acceptable criteria. This procurement is estimated between $100,000 and $250,000. This office no longer issues solicitations or amendments in paper form. Any amendments issued to this solicitation will be posted solely on this website. This solicitation can be downloaded from http://www.fbo.gov on or about February 20, 2008.
