- CANCELLATION NOTICE: Bids are being solicited under solicitation number W911RZ-08-T-0011. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; bids are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is issued as an invitation for bids (IFB), unless otherwise indicated herein. The Docking Stations provides the capability of using AC Power worldwide to operate all SINGGARS series tactical radios. THE PLATFORM HAS: -Docking Position for two RT-1523A-Fs -Docking Position for two 7238B/VRC RFPAs -A separate and controllable high fidelity 4" Mylar speaker for communication monitoring -Green LEDs indicate active NET SIZE: Compact size - (h) 12" x (w) 17.5" x (L)11" Lightweight - 19 lbs Platform and Case - 40 lbs SPECIFICATIONS: MUST ? Utilizes worldwide AC voltage 85 ? 260 VAC. ? Accepts worldwide Frequencies 47 ? 440 Hz. ? Automatically selects voltage and frequency. ? Light weight 10 lbs. ? Come in a molded plastic transit case. ? Supports any SINCGARS 1523 RT A thru F models. ? Supports AM7238B/VRC Power Amplifier. ? Built in power surge protection ? 2 wire remote capability ? The AC Power Platforms only requires three (3) Amps to operate @ 50 watts; consequently they can be plugged into a computer Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) and will temporally sustain operation in case of AC power failure. , 7, EA; For this solicitation, USA ACA Fort Carson intends to conduct an online competitive reverse auction to be facilitated by the third-party reverse auction provider, FedBid, Inc. FedBid has developed an online, anonymous, browser based application to conduct the reverse auction. A Seller may submit a series of pricing bids, which descend in price during the specified period of time for the aforementioned reverse auction. USA ACA Fort Carson is taking this action in an effort to improve both seller access and awareness of requests and the agency's ability to gather multiple, completed, real-time bids. Shipment(s) must contain a Packing List or Inventory Listing describing, quantity, unit of measure of the items delivered. Vendor must identify what is being shipped. (i.e. number of packages) 3. The vendor shall provide inside the shipment container(s) a copy of the invoice for this contract/order. Invoices shall contain the information identified in FAR Clause 52.212-4 Para (g). Invoices shall contain: a. Name and address of the Vendor b. Invoice date and number c. Contract number; contract line item numbers. d. Description, quantity, unit of measure, unit price and extended price of the items delivered. e. Shipping number and date of shipment including the bill of lading number and weight of shipment if shipped on Government bill of lading. Agencies must have registration with the Central Contractor Registry (CCR) prior to receipt of order.
