- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. All correspondence shall reference number Request for Quote W912NR-08-T-0015. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acqui sition Circular 2005-22. Performance period starts 15 March 2008 through 17 April 2008. Solicitation Provisions may be accessed in full text at http://farsite.hill.af.mil. This procurement is unrestricted. The North American Industry Classificat ion System code for this procurement is 721110. The Louisiana Army National Guard intends to issue a contract for the following requirement: CLIN 1: Lodging to include 99 non-smoking rooms with double occupancy in the vicinity of the Hammond, Louisiana, area, for the Louisiana Army National Guard unit, 1-244th CAB. No more than 3 separate facilities may be used for the required period of performance. Preference will be given to price and lodging within 15 miles of 1399 Industrial Park Road, H ammond, LA 70401, the units location. Performance period starts 15 March 2008 through 17 April 2008. The clause 52.217-8 Option to Extend Services of the Contract is hereby incorporated. Offerors are instructed to submit completed copies of FAR Provision 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, with offers. Selected business must be able to use Wide Area Workflow to submit invoices or accept the Government Purchase Card for payment.
