Description

The Government intends to issue a sole source contract to ArmorWorks, 305 N. 54th St, Chandler, AZ 85226 for the purchase of 15 sets of door armor. There are no NSNs for these items. The part numbers for each set are 1 ea, Armored Half Door Front Driver PN: 110-105500-001; 1ea, Armored Half Door  Front Passenger PN: 110-105500-002; 1 ea, Armored Half Door-Rear Driver Side, PN: 110-105400-001; and 1 ea, Armored Half Door- Rear Passenger PN 110-105400-002. The Government does not possess drawings o r the technical data for these items these items are owned by ArmorWorks. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this notice prior to February 19, 2008. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within 10 days after publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon response to this notice is solely within the discreti on of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
