Description
The United States Army CECOM Life Cycle Management Command (CECOM-LCMC) intends to procure spare parts, modules and subassemblies of the AN/TPN-31 Air Traffic Navigation, Integration and Coordination System (ATNAVICS) and AN/FPN-67 Fixed Base Precisi on Approach Radar (FB PAR) systems. Inspection and Acceptance will be at source; F.O.B. point is destination. The ship to point will be furnished with the solicitation. Packaging is military or commercial by NSN and delivery schedule varies based on the part ordered. The Government announces its intent to issue a request for proposal (RFP) non-competitively under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 ( c) (1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1 (b) (1) (i) Only One Responsible Source to Raytheon Company, Marlborough , Massachusetts 01752. Raytheon is the developer, integrator and original equipment manufacturer of the ATNAVICS and FB PAR systems and is the only known source that can provide the required spare parts. Detailed technical data for the manufacture and acc eptance of these items is not available from the Army. The solicitation will be issued on or around 22 February 2008, and the anticipated award date is on or around 19 May 2008. The proposed award will be an order placed under Basic Ordering Agreement W1 5P7T-06-G-B601. This synopsis is provided for informational purposes only and is not to be considered a request for proposal, however all responsible sources may submit a proposal, which will be considered by the agency. The NAICS code is 334511 with a s ize standard of 750 employees. See Numbered Notes 22 and 26.
