- Furnish all labor, materials and equipment necessary to perform Grounds Maintenance Services at the North Springfield Lake Dam Area, the Upper Connecticut River Basin Office Area and Stoughton Pond Recreation Area, Springfield and Perkinsville, Vermo nt. Included in this solicitation are options for two (2) additional seasons (2009 and 2010). This solicitation will be available on or about 22 February 2008. Prospective contractors are required to self register their firms on the Internet to receive thi s solicitation. . Registration instructions are available on the internet at https://www.fedteds.gov. Amendments, if any, will be available at this Internet site. Neither telephonic, mailed nor faxed requests will be accepted. Registrants are responsible f or the accuracy of the information on the registration list. This procurement is 100% set aside for small business. The applicable NAICS code is 561730 with a Small Business Size Standard of $6,500,000. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the New England District.
