Description

IC Landscape and Sidewalk - The Contractor shall furnish all supervision, labor, equipment, supplies, and materials to : 1. Provide native Montana plant species including trees, shrubs, forbs and grasses. Also, place boulders, gravel, mulch and related landscaping items as detailed in the Work Data Sheet. 2. Construct concrete sidewalks, with necessary sprinkler line modifications and additions to accommodate this project site. 3. The existing sprinkler irrigation system has drip lines in place to accommodate new plantings. Drip lines are stubbed out at locations as shown on the drawings to be connected for additional designed drip line operations. 4. The contractor is responsible for all project layout and coordination. 5. Contractor shall provide a detailed Schedule of Values for the contract items. The work is located in (Choteau County, Montana). This requirement is open to both large and small businesses under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. The estimated price range is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. The anticipated period of performance is 65 calendar days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bonds will be required as follows: Bid Guarantee - 20% of the bid price, Payment and Performance bonds - 100% of the contract price. The solicitation will be available by electronic posting only and may be found at www.fedbizopps.gov. Bidders will be required to print the bidding documents for submission of their bids. The solicitation documents will be posted on or about February 21, 2008. Contractors are required to register or update their registration at the Central Contractor Registration website at www.ccr.gov in order to receive a contract award under this solicitation, and register or update their registration at the Online Representation and Certification Application website at http://orca.bpn.gov.
