- The completed drawing package distribution statement requires that offerors requesting the drawing package through the US Mail send the following information to email address: GRIFFINBP@NPT.NUWC.NAVY.MIL. Company Name, Address, Point of Contact, Telephone Number, Email address and Contractor and Government Entity Code (CAGE). All offerors MUST be registered according to the DOD Joint Certification Program. See www.dlis.dla.mil/jcp for further information. The evaluation criteria shall be Best Value: Technical Approach, Past Performance, Facilities and Price. Our department no longer issues solicitations or amendments in paper form. Instead, they may be accessed at our web site http://www.npt.nuwc.navy.mil/contract/. We also provide electronic access in our Bid Room.
