- Description
- Strategic Systems Programs (SSP) intends to negotiate and award a sole source, cost plus fixed fee contract modification to contract N00030-07-C-0006 to Northrop Grumman Marine Systems (NGMS), P.O. Box 3499, Hendy Avenue, Sunnyvale, CA 94088-3499 to procure material, manufacture/assemble a quantity of 87 Launch Tube Seal and Bearing Rings and 86 SSGN MAC Umbilical Cables in accordance with SSP approved drawing requirements. This effort is inextricably linked to work already being performed by NGMS under Contract N00030-07-C-0006, which was awarded using other than full and open competition. See Note 22.
