Description

This project will demolish features of R4C and R5C and random slabs on R3C and R2C of the outside runway and replace base material, compact, and place new PCC pavement. Demolish features T32 through T36 of taxiway P, feature T29A on taxiway J an d T 18 on taxiway H and replace base material, compact, and place new PCC pavement. Place concrete pipe and cover open storm water drainage ditch, grade area, and construct storm water retention pond. The estimated cost range of the project is from $2 5,000,000.00 to $100,000.000. Solicitation / bid documents should be available on or about 31, October 2007. The bid opening date and time is 4 December 2007, at 2:00 pm. Mr. Leo Hickman is the Contracting Officer for this project. If you are not registered, the United States government is not responsible for providing you with notifications of any changes to this solicitation. Bidders, subcontractors and Dodge/Plan Rooms are required to self-register their firm or office on th e FedTeDS system in order to be able to download the electronic files. The solicitation will be available only as a direct download. This solicitation will not be issued on CD-ROM. Neither telephonic, mailed, nor fax requests will be accepted. Registr ation should be completed one week prior to the issue date. It is therefore the Contractors responsibility to check this web page daily for the solicitation to be posted, and for any posted changes or amendments to this solicitation. The plans and specif ications and all notifications of changes to this solicitation shall only be made through this posting and modifications hereto. Plans and specifications will not be provided in a printed-paper format; however, the Government reserves the right to revert to paper medium when it is determined to be in the Government's best interest.
