Description

This amendment is being posted to clarify the followig issues : - The project is to be completed by September 30, 2009. The timeline is broad due to the possibility of weather delays. The contractor will be allowed 18 months to complete the project. -The wildlife ramps are made of expanded metal, similar to grate material. -The "water holes" are all stock tanks ranging in various sizes and styles. -All stock tanks are located on BLM land. However, the contractor, in most instances, will have to access the stock tanks on BLM, via private land. -Rebar is pounded into the ground next to the stock tanks and the wildlife ramps are slipped over the rebar, slid down to the tank and installation is complete. Except on rubber tire tanks, lugbolts will need to be used. (Not sure how many tire tanks there are.) -Each tank has a two track going directly to it or there is easy access to it, if no two track. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (06-FEB-2008); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
