- The purpose of this amendment 002 to combined solicitation/synopsis W52H09-08-R-0162 is to provide estimated shipping percentages of material to each of the three organic sites. The total quantity of 3480 plates will be disbursed approximately 15% L etterkenney Army Depot, Chambersburg, PA, 55% Rock Island Arsenal, Rock Island, IL and 30% Watervliet Arsenal, Watervliet, NY. These percentages are provided to assist in pricing material with freight, however the Government reserves the right to change t he ship to quantities to any location prior to final award. This should only be used for estimating purposes, and contractors shall submit only one fixed price for material to go to any of the sites. Acknowledgement of this amendment and any previous ame ndment are required with proposal submission. All other terms and conditions remain the same. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (06-FEB-2008); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
