- Description
- (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) Request for quote (RFQ) DCA20001A5002/0995. (iii) The RFQ document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 05-22. (iv) The NAICS code is 334210, the size standard is 500 employees. The requirement is PROMINA Specific Make and Model and only new products are acceptable. This acquisition, for SPAWARSYSCEN Tampa, FL is for the acquisition of the following: (v) Provide a price for each of the following CLIN. (vi) CLIN 0001: Part Number: VX1800AA, VX1800 Chassis, CPU, Redundant, AC. (vii) Ship to RECEIVING, SPAWARSYSCEN TAMPA, 160 KELSEY LANE, TAMPA, FL 33619, ATTN: TERRY EDWARDS, M/F: SDN-H IP CONVERSION. FOB destination; acceptance at destination. Delivery requested no later than 45 days ARO or as soon as possible. (viii) FAR 52.212-1 applies to this acquisition. Award will be based on technically acceptable low offer.(ix) The following FAR clauses apply to this acquisition: 52.203-6 Alt1, 52.212-1, 52.212-3, 52.212-4, 52.212-5, 52.216-24, 52.216-25, 52.225-13.(x) The following DFARS clauses apply to this acquisition: 252.204-7003, 252.211-7003, 252.212-7001, 252.225-7001, 252.243-7001, 252.246-7000, 252.247-7022 (access to clauses can be made via http://FARSITE.HILL.AF.MIL).
