- RD07285001/ IQC07282009020. This is an Indefinite Quantity Contract for one NSN: 1670-00-577-5332, Webbing, Textile, Interlock Loop, manufactured IAW with Spec NR MIL-W-9049D NOT 1. Unit of Issue is Box contains 100 Loops. Configuration Control Applies. Surge Requirements Apply. This item is a Life Support Equipment item and not a CSI item. Option to extend terms of contract is 48 months, duration of contract period 5 years with an estimated annual demand quantity of 300 boxes each per base year and 300 boxes for the option years. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are available at cFolders only and will not be available until the anticipated solicitation posts. Required delivery is 280 days ARO. First Article Testing ? Government and Production Lot Testing applies. FOB DESTINATION Inspection and Acceptance at ORIGIN is required. Unrestricted, Automated Best Value System (ABVS): Full and Open Competition applies. Any manufacturer other than the approved source wishing to submit a proposal must submit a complete source approval package. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
