- Description
- The Department of Homeland Security's Science and Technology (S&T) directorate is interested in identifying research and development sources that may have developed or are in the process of developing effective methods, devices and technologies that can prevent and mitigate terrorist and criminal execution of Improvised Explosive Devices (IED). Specifically, S&T is seeking sources that can efficiently prototype solutions concepts to demonstrate significant potential for providing solutions to address the following general scenario.
