Description: HEADQUARTERS (HQ) AIR FORCE SPECIAL OPERATIONS COMMAND (AFSOC) HAS A REQUIREMENT FOR A TRANSPORTABLE PLASMA WASTE TO ENERGY SYSTEM CAPABLE OF CONVERTING 10 METRIC TONS PER DAY (TPD) HAZARDOUS AND NON-HAZARDOUS WASTE STREAMS INTO ENERGY AND MARKETABLE BY-PRODUCTS. THE DESIGN OF THE SYSTEM MUST DEMONSTRATE CAPABILITY TO PROCESS UP TO 240 TPD CAPACITY FOR FUTURE EXPANSION, AND DEMONSTRATE LOW OPERATING AND CAPITAL COSTS WITH MINIMUM MAINTENANCE COST.
