- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 of the FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulation) as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement c onstitutes the only solicitation requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. U.S. Army Dugway Proving Ground, Directorate of Contracting is contemplating the procurement of a Service Contract w/ the following CLINS: Fluent Software Lic ense W911S6-08-T-0024 -001 Qty = 3(ea) Annual software license fee for the FLUENT computational dynamic software. Shall include software updates and maintenance versions as scheduled by vendor during the license period. Licensing period to com mence Feb 29, 2008 and end Feb 28, 2009. Each license shall includes consultation in the planning and execution of Dugway Proving Ground CFD (computational Fluid Dynamic) projects. Subject to the availabilty of funds. Pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304 ( c ) (1) and Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1, supplies, services and/or equipment are available from one responsible source and no other type of supplies, services and/or equipment will satisfy agency requirements. < BR>This announcement constitutes the only solicitation requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
