Description

The following clarifications are provided. Reference Section 00 21 00, paragraph 1.11. PROPOSAL FORMAT: Subparagraph a. (except that Pro Forma material and price proposal shall be submitted in a closed manila envelope). Pro Forma material and pri ce may also be submitted in a binder so marked. Subparagraph a.(ii)(b) is not applicable, no electronic format (CD) is required for proposal submission. CDs may be submitted if proposer desires. The following proposer questions are answered--1.Are the 3- 4 inch PVC ducts from the new manhole to the communication room to be installed under FTR 196? Answer is Yes. 2.Where is the new manhole to be located on 6th street? Answer is East of FTR 196 project site, east side of 6th Street. 3. Where is manhole 28 9 and what route does the duct bank take from MH289 to the barracks? Answer is Located on the south-east corner of 6th Street and Davis Highway intersection. 4.Will the new 900 pr and 48 strand fiber be in existing splice cases or do the spice cases need to be provided under FTR196. Answer is only 100 pair and 12 strands of fiber are needed and will be available for FTR196 project? FTR196 shall provide splice casing at the new manhole for these 100 pair and 12 strand of fiber.
