Description

70 -- The National Park Service contemplates issuing a Sole Source order, P2420080038, to provide the following services: Annual Technical Support and Software Maintenance for the following SMART Mobile Products presently owned by the National Park Service, Park Facility Management Division. SMART Work Manager- 1381 Licenses, SMART Auditor - 20 Licenses and SMART Inventory Manager - 5 Licenses. The Technical Support will provide 24/7 access to a technical support web site; e-mail and telephonic technical support will be available Monday through Friday. Software Maintenance will provide free software updates for the products listed above to include the latest versions, software patches, maintenance releases and enhancements. Technical Support and Software Maintenance will be provided beginning 01 April 2008 through 31 March 2009. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations, however, interested firms or persons may identify their interest and capabilities to respond to the requirement or submit quotations. All quotations received within 30 days after date of publication of this announcement will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. (End of Announcement).
