Description: The United States Secret Service (USSS) operates the James J. Rowley Training Center (JJRTC), a large campus with multiple facilities. JJRTC is seeking a comprehensive testing system which will enable JJRTC personnel responsible for training to author, schedule, deliver, and report on surveys, quizzes, tests and exam; as well as to create needs assessment, surveys and course evaluations, certifications and online quizzes in order to measure knowledge, skills, and attitudes. The USSS is only interested in a Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS) system with minimal customization.
