- This serves as a "Notice of Intent" for Hanscom AFB, MA to issue a purchase order, IAW FAR 13.106-1 (b), under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures to Yokogawa Corporation of America on a Sole Source basis to purchase one (1) Optical Spectrum Analyzer (OSA), Model No. 810804600, Part No. AQ6319 which shall contain one (1) +1 FC Adapter for Optical Input, Model No. 813917321-FCC, Part No. AQ9441 and one (1) +1 FC Adapter for Optical Output, Model No. 810804602, Part No. AQ9447. Shipping: FOB Destination. This requirement is determined to be available from only one source because of the unique features. No formal request will be issued for this procurement. All potential offerors should contact the buyer/PCO identified in this notice for additional information and/or to communicate concerns, if any, concerning this acquisition. Yokogawa Corporation of America is the manufacturer of this OSA and FAR Part 12 applies. Yokogawa Corporation of America is a large business operating under the NAICS Code 334515.
