Description

We intend to award a sole source contract to DRS Technologies, 645 Anchors Street, Ft. Walton Beach, FL 32548 for technical support, repairing and maintaining of the Advanced Range Data system (ARDS) Full Range Production (FRP) instrumentation pod. D ue to the proprietary nature of the embedded firmware and hardware, the services required for support, maintenance and repair are only available from DRS Technologies and is the only known source that can meet our requirement. Other than full and open comp etition will be used under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No other Supplies and Services will Satisfy Agency Requirement. This notice is not a request for quotations. No solicitation or RFQ will be forthcoming. This annnounce ment closes at 1:00 PM MDT, 09 February 2008.
