Description: The contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, supervision, management, tools, equipment, transportation, materials and any other items or services necessary to perform chartered bus services when, as and if scheduled by the Government Representative (GR) at any time during the performance period. The contractor must be duly authorized to operate and to do business in Japan. The Contractor shall perform the service in accordance with the terms and conditions under this Purchase Order and applicable Japanese Government laws, decrees, labor standards, and regulations, and trade practices.
