Description
RD07289009/ IQC07302009041 . This is an Indefinite Quantity Contract for one NSN: 1670-00-986-1139, V-Ring, Quick Fit, Parachute Harness, manufactured IAW with P/N PS27765-1. This requirement will be solicited as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Configuration Control Applies. Surge Requirements Do Apply. This item is a Life Support item. Option to extend terms of contract is 48 months, duration of contract period 5 years with an estimated annual demand quantity of 10,342 each per base year and 10,342 each for the option years. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are available and can be furnished by the Government. Required delivery is 306 days ARO or sooner including First Article Testing by Government. FOB DESTINATION Inspection and Acceptance at ORIGIN is required. Unrestricted, Automated Best Value System (ABVS): As 100% Small Business Set-Aside, Full and open competition after exclusion of sources. Any manufacturer other than the approved source wishing to submit a proposal must submit a complete source approval package. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. A copy of the solicitation will be available on the issue date via the BSM DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS): at http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil. On the issue dated cited in the RFP.
