DESC: 5315-01-538-0188, Part Number 13008567, the item to procure is a TAPERED PIN. Requirements are: TAPERED PIN (5315-01-538-0188) IS USED ON THE MK19, 40MM MACHINE GUN GRENADE LAUNCHER AND IS MADE FROM BAR, 416 CRES PER ASTM A582. OVERALL LENGTH IS APPROXIMATELY 1.400 INCHES; RIGHT END IS TAPERED AT 20 DEG TO .375 DIAMETER; OPPOSITE END DIAMETER IS .208 INCHES FOR .947 LENGTH. ALSO HAS A .100 DIA THRU HOLE ON LEFT END TO .847 DIM. FINISH IS BLACK OXIDE. Requirement is for a purchase order for 500 EACH TAPERED PIN with a 200 PER CENT OPTION. FOB is Destination. For use on MK19 Machine Gun. Estimated solicitation issue date is 29 February 2008. This solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.502 and 5.102, therefore, hardco pies will not be provided.
