Description

The project involves furnishing all labor, equipment, and materials to demolish and remove existing Romtec vault rest rooms and install Government furnished CXT vault rest rooms. The work also includes other miscellaneous work as shown on drawings including: grading, compacting, crushed aggregate surfacing installation, fence removal, post removal, boulder placement, stump removal, asphalt removal, concrete sidewalk removal, buried polyethylene tank removal and construction of concrete sidewalk. NAICS Code is 238190. Project site is located in Douglas and Curry Counties, Coos Bay District, Oregon. Project price range is between $25,000 and $100,000. Estimated start work is April 14, 2008 and performance time is 45 calendar days. Bonds are required - Bid Bond: None; Performance Bond: 20%; and Payment Bond: 100%. This solicitation will be posted electronically. Paper copies are no longer available. Estimated issue date is February 26, 2008. All responsible sources may submit a quote which will be considered.
