- This is a combined synopsis-/-solicitation SOLE SOURCE (FAR) 6.302-1 for commercial items prepared in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice, . The solicitation number for this Request for Quotation is N00244-08-T-0179. This solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-18. This solicitation is issued on a restricted basis, under Standard Industrial Code 3489, Naics Code 332995) No Other written form or solicitation will be issued. FISC San Diego has a requirement for the following CONSUMABLES. 1. Boot Banger MK4 60 each 2. Van Trepan MK3 60 each 3. Bottler .5L MK2 60 each 4. Bottler .25 MK2 120 each 5. Vulcan Basic Kit 120 each 6.
