Description
PR0016973956/ SPM4A7-08-R-0842. This is a Firm Fixed Quantity Contract for a quantity of 27 each for one NSN: 1670-00-809-3426, Canopy, Parachute IAW P/N 62J22074, manufactured IAW with SA-ALC Drawing 62J22074, REV ? J?, Supplements by ECO(S) 97A0031 AND 97A0032 and applicable supports. The following exception applies: (A) As an option, the manufacturer may use two plies of CCC-C-419, Type III, 8.25 OZ Army Duck Material, treated per CCC-D-950, Type I, Class B in lieu of the 14.77 OZ material Call-Out for the construction of the -15 protective patch. This procurement will be a 100% Small Business Set-Aside, utilizing full and open competition after exclusion of sources. Configuration Control Applies. Critical Application End Item. Surge Does Not Apply. This item is not commercial. This item is not a Critical Safety Item (CSI). The technical data package for this procurement is only available at cFolders and will not be available until the anticipated solicitation posting. Required delivery is 180 days ARO including First Article Testing by Government, and Textile Testing. CDRLS apply. Inspection and Acceptance: ORIGIN including FOB DESTINATION to be delivered to DLA Stock Location New Cumberland, PA. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies. Any manufacturer other than the approved sources wishing to submit a proposal must submit a complete source approval package. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. A copy of the solicitation will be available on the issue date via the BSM DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS): at http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil. On the issue dated cited in the RFP.
