- NON-PERSONAL SERVICES: The Air Force intends to make an award on a competitive basis for the following service: lease and maintain de-ionized water purification systems at Tinker AFB. The contractor shall provide all labor, test equipment, personal protective equipment and clothing, chemicals, transportation and other incidentals necessary to travel to Tinker AFB, OK, to lease and maintain de-ionized water purification systems. The contractor shall be responsible for insuring all services and parts provided under this contract are in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined in the Solicitation and the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). A Firm Fixed Price (FFP) award is contemplated. The estimated solicitation release date is 15 February 2008 with an estimated award date of 14 March 2008. Central Contractor Registration is required to receive any award. Contractors can register electronically at http://www.ccr.gov. ORCA registration is also required and contractors can register electronically at https://orca.bpn.gov. Electronic procedures may be used for this solicitation. NOTE 1: The solicitation is has been set aside as a 100% small business set-aside to Small Business only. The anticipated NAICS code for this requirement is 333319.
