Description: The contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, equipment, and materials to perform Alteration and Construction, Maintenance and Repair, and Miscellaneous Engineering Support of real property facilities and installed equipment under the Job Order C ontract at Letterkenny Army Depot. This proposed action will be a firm-fixed price contract for a base year and two one-year options. Period of Performance will be 12 months after receipt of an award. The annotated closing date for the solicitation is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the release of the solicitation.
