- AMENDMENT NO. 1 is issued to SOLICITATION DOCUMENT NO. RMH00080013 as follows: (1) Addendum is issued to the solicitation document, the Government is providing the following documents relating to the Owyhee Hazardous Waste Project as Exhibits - (a) document titled "Project Completion Report, Hazardous Substanace Removal, Cleanup and Disposal Services in Nevada and Utah", dated July 2006; (b) Image/photos of waste, photos identified as Owyhee 001 through Owyhee 011, removed under the July 2006 Report; (2) Change is made to the Quote Schedule, Page 3 of 32 of the solicitation document - Item 5 is corrected to read as: "Post Award Designated Person of Contact (POC) is John Krause, BIA WRO Regional Environmental Scientist; (3) All other terms and conditions remain. A copy of Amendment No. 1 has been mailed to each party on the Bidder's List who has requested the solicitation package.
